Trisha is a senior associate of investments and analytics at Ulupono Initiative, where she supports investment, research, analytics, and policy efforts to drive impact. Her work includes evaluating funding opportunities, conducting due diligence, developing and maintaining financial models, and performing market research. She also collaborates closely with partner organizations, providing strategic support to help them succeed.
Trisha most recently worked as a senior internal auditor and vice president for Bank of Hawai‘i, where she coordinated and conducted regulatory compliance audits of the consumer lending, commercial banking, and mortgage divisions. She brings a strong track record of enhancing internal controls and operating procedures.
She earned her Executive MBA at the Shidler College of Business and serves on the board of directors of the Shidler College of Business Alumni Association and Oʻahu Resource Conservation Development Council.
