Kathleen Chapman

Office Manager

Chapman comes to Ulupono Initiative from Alexander and Baldwin, where she served as human resources staffing coordinator, managing personnel and operational needs, and executive assistant to the president and chief executive officer before that. Chapman also worked as deputy chief of staff to then-U.S. Congressman Neil Abercrombie in Washington, D.C. and, subsequently, executive assistant to Abercrombie after he was elected governor of the State of Hawai‘i.

Chapman earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Seattle University.
