Senior Associate, Government Affairs
As the government affairs senior associate, Brandon represents Ulupono Initiative and its interests at the Hawaii State Capitol, where he works diligently with lawmakers on important policy issues related to Ulupono’s mission.

Brandon joined Ulupono in 2009 as an intern and became its first staff hire. A graduate of Pearl City High School on Oahu, Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, political science and American studies from the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UH) and a Master of Business Administration from the UH Shidler College of Business. Prior to joining Ulupono, he worked at the Hawaii State Legislature.
Fun fact: Brandon was hired as Ulupono Initiative’s first staff employee
